If you’re not completely happy with your Ranaya seat covers, email us at ranayaauto@gmail.com Include your order number or invoice and a short note about your request. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and guide you every step of the way.

2. Review Process
All refund, return, or exchange requests are reviewed within 2 business days. We’ll let you know the outcome via email—no guessing, no waiting in the dark.

3. Return Window

  • You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be complete and in their original packaging.
  • In special cases, we may extend this period at our discretion.

4. Shipping Your Return
We make it easy—pack your item carefully and keep your shipping receipt or tracking number. We provide support every step of the way.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, inspection usually takes 3-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or the original packaging is damaged.

6. Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return labels and offer full refunds for eligible returns.
